Absolutely fantastic.

You, sir, are a winrar. I wish I could keep my songs from getting boring over time, but this one definitely keeps one interested.

MashedByMachines responds:

Thanks a lot :)

smooth

I like this, its pretty chilled out and recognizeable. I really don't know what akopa means about it being out of tune...

Kynatak responds:

Well Out of tune is not right at all.
PLEASE VOTE THE NEW VERSION IT HAS BEEN ZERO BOMBED

Lol same thing I've been doing for 7 hours

This song has a good setup and the synths are nicely executed, but I would definitely crank the snare a bit and throw up the treble on the EQ, and maybe pan out the drumset a little so everything doesn't feel too centered. Good song though!

I dig this, very original

I really like this style of hip-hop. Would give it a ten (and normally I don't take off anything for this) but I wish that some of the EQ was tweaked to give me more slam on the kick, and also that the vocals were a little more crisply recorded, but writing music myself I understand that awesome recording equipment isn't cheap to come by.

Gasmasq responds:

you're absolutely right, and I wish the same thing. thanks for the review though! i'll get that damn equip one day... XD

Guitar make me think Dethklok

I really enjoy the guitar riff, sounds like it would make for an awesome song. Don't know if I really like the drums though.

Excellent work sir

I really couldn't find any error with this, especially when played across a 520 watt system. The parts with the heavy bass enveloped me, and I was immediately chilled out. Keep up the good fight!

elektrobear responds:

Considering it's mixed with headphones(really good ones, mind, but still headphones) that's great to hear! I'm always worried things are going to sound horrible on someone elses speakers.

Thanks for a great review!

In agreement with SniperSnake19's review...

I know what the Soundgoodizer plugin is. Believe me, you well get MUCH nicer results if you learn how to effectively use the the multiple EQ plugs and Compressors. I remember the first time i used Soundgoodizer... it was epic until I realized that because its always in a solid state with barely any user-controlled variables, its not flexible enough to use through a whole song. Other than that, its a good mix.

fishfood2021 responds:

Ok thanks. I'll look into it.

if you're looking for drum samples and stuff...

try freesound.com. i've found a lot of good, useable stuff there... just don't forget your signon ID once you get it, its a hell of a chore to get it back!

I'll have to check out more stuff of yours.

This was pretty good. I like the synchopation. Personally thought the kick drum was fine. And I know what you mean about the 0 bombs, but heck... i think people like to do that to any artist they haven't heard much of on NG.

John-Gaden responds:

yeah, the community can be harsh sometimes. I a lot of times end up giving someone a 5 regardless of how I feel just because their score's been bombed so badly. Thanks for the review, I intend to look at some more of your songs as well. :)

Sweet.

Video-gamish techno, done very well. I like the rhythm changes.

culmor30 responds:

Thanks for the review :D
