What happened to constructive criticism?!?

I've decided that the Newgrounds Audio Portal is not conducive to aspiring artists. It seems countless the times that I've submitted a great new track that I've had others listen to in real life that happens to get votes of zero almost instantaneously, without a single comment to spare.

Is it that people decide they don't like the genre, so they vote 0 and move on, or are people really that jackass-ish? As much as I appreciate pointless comments when someone votes high, I'd like to know what I'm doing 'incorrectly' in my works (although mayhap it the key is writing the same dance tracks everyone has heard a million times.)

Anyone else feel the same?
